Who we are

Information you give us

When you send an enquiry, we collect:

• the type of enquiry (quote, service request or general enquiry);
• your name and email address;
• your phone number, if you provide it;
• the service you are interested in and the location of your site;
• how you would like us to contact you (phone, WhatsApp or email);
• your message; and
• the date and time you sent the enquiry and confirmed your consent.

Please do not include payment details, identity documents or other sensitive personal information in the form. We do not need them to respond to an enquiry.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to:

• respond to your enquiry and contact you by the method you chose;
• prepare a quote or proposal you have asked for;
• keep a record of the enquiry and its progress (for example, “new”, “contacted” or “closed”).

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists. We use it on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form.

Information collected automatically

To protect the form from spam and abuse, our server briefly processes your IP address to limit how many enquiries can be sent in a short time. It is held in a scrambled (hashed) form in temporary memory and is not saved with your enquiry.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for a limited period for security and reliability, under its own privacy policy.

Who processes your information

We use trusted service providers to run the website and the enquiry form:

• Supabase — stores enquiries in a secure cloud database that is not publicly accessible.
• Resend — delivers the email that alerts our team to a new enquiry.
• Sanity — hosts the website’s service information and images. Your browser loads images from Sanity’s servers; no form information is sent to Sanity.
• Vercel — hosts and serves this website.

If you contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email instead of using the form, those services’ own privacy policies also apply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to respond, prepare any proposal you asked for and keep reasonable business records. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.

How we protect it

Information sent through the form travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The enquiries database can only be accessed by our server and by authorised members of our team — it cannot be read, changed or deleted by visitors to the website.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. To make a request, contact us using the details above. Where data-protection law applies — including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — we will handle your request in line with it.
